Rockit makes its debut on NJTV (New Jersey Public Television Network) this month with a new film directed by Steve Rogers. The documentary was shot during rehearsals and concerts during the 2011 season. A promo video was cut from the documentary, called “A Day In The Life.”

The air dates are:

Wednesday, May 23 from 10:30-11:00pm
Thursday, May 24 from 4:30-5:00am (early morning, 5/25)
Sunday, May 27 from 5:30-6:00pm & 4:30-5:00am

Anderson & Wakeman Meet and Greet

Two lucky Rockit musicians—Allison LaRochelle and Michael Arrom—had the chance to meet with legendary singer from Yes, Jon Anderson, and keyboard wizard Rick Wakeman after their performance at the Count Basie Theatre on Friday, November 4.

Trumpeter Zach Stroz to play Carnegie Hall

Zach Stroz has been accepted as a Finalist in the Honors Band for the 2012 American High School Honors Performance Series at Carnegie Hall. He will represent the finest high school performers in North America with this performance in February 2012.
